Digital Content Group, a Delaware limited liability company (“us,” “we,” or “Company”), is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Company Website located at www.digitaldoggydaily.com (“the Site”). We created this Website Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to give you confidence as you visit and use the Site, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from our terms of use and this Privacy Policy.



(a) TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTED.  We may track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our Site: (1) IP addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of computers accessing the Site; and (4) types of web browsers used to access the Site (collectively “Traffic Data”).  Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site.  We also use “cookies” to customize content specific to your interests and to ensure that you do not see the same advertisement repeatedly (see Section 5 below). 

(b) PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED.  In the event you contribute Content or subscribe to our newsletter you will have the opportunity to provide Company with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to your name, e-mail address, and information you contribute (“Contact Data”). If you communicate with us by e-mail any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information.


(a) COMPANY USE OF INFORMATION. We may use Contact Data to send you information about the Company or our products or services, to send you promotions for third party products or services, to send you our newsletter, to provide customer service, to provide website security, to provide tailored content for optimization and marketing purposes, to perform research, to provide you with any notice required under the Terms of Use or to request a future collaboration with you.

(b) SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.  Except as set out in this Privacy Policy, the Company does not disclose or sell your Personal Information to any third-parties except for third parties which are holding a promotion in which you indicated an interest.  We may, however, disclose your Personal Information to third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf.  For example, we may hire other companies to provide data storage, to host websites, to assist in marketing, to conduct audits, etc.  Those third-party service providers (i) shall be permitted to obtain only the Personal Information they need to provide the service, (ii) must protect Personal Information to the same extent as the Company, and (iii) shall be prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time.  Such revisions shall be effective immediately upon posting notice of the revised Privacy Policy.  It is your responsibility to review this policy whenever you visit our site.

10. DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE.  The Company uses Google AdSense which may track your use over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising.  Your browser may be able to set the Do Not Track signal so it is known you do not want to be tracked.  However, this Site and Google AdSense may not respond to or follow your browser setting and may set cookies on your browser and/or obtain information about the fact that you visited the Site from a certain IP address.
